[GEM-dev] Gem build error on Mac OS X when enabling FTGL in Fink

You have to use the Apple Quicktime API and not libquicktime with GEM on
OSX.  Delete all instances of libquicktime from the OSX configure scripts
and use the -framework Quicktime instead.
