[GEM-dev] gl: stack overflow

hi,
I am sending texunit 1 to a texture and get a stack underflow/stack 
overflow error and don't know why. can someone test this and see if it 
also happens on another machin? or is this only with my gemversion? 
please see the attached patch for details.
