no they don't.
they used to go there for old Pd-versions.



anyhow: the .bat "installer" seems to be outdated.

manual instructions are like (i am improvising now, so it might not work...)

create a <pd>\extra\Gem directory.
copy the "Gem.dll" from <gemzip> to <pd>\extra\Gem\
copy all abstractions from <gemzip>\abstractions\ to <pd>\extra\Gem\
copy all help-patches from <gemzip>\help\ to <pd>\extra\Gem\

after that you should have:
<pd>\extra\Gem\Gem.dll
<pd>\extra\Gem\gemwin-help.pd
