[GEM-dev] GEM: something wrong with help patches location

This build of Gem for Windows should be included in the latest  
nightly builds.  It would be great if someone tested everything to  
make sure the abstractions and help patches are in the right place.   
Instead of spending the time on a single manual install, this way  
everyone will benefit.
