[GEM-dev] pix_movie crashing on OS X 10.4 (Pd extended 0.41.4 autobuild 20090117) Intel

pix_movie is crashing as soon as a Gem window is rendered. The pix_movie
help patch crashes too. Even this very simple attached patch will segfault
Pd when |create, 1( is clicked on.

I tried various tricks I could think of (opening the movie file before
rendering etc.) but couldn't get anything to prevent the segfault.

Pd extended 0.41.4 autobuild 20090117 (intel)
