Summary: pix_flip has a memory leak on os x and probably linux too

Initial Comment:
memory usage of the pd thread is constantly increasing when the helppatch of pix_flip is used with a pix_video object instead of an image on os x. ben bogart reports that for linux too.

Message:
i believe both of you, but really i cannot reproduce this.
i have been running [pix_flip] (and [pix_crop] which is said to have the
same problem) on linux with my eee-pc camera (640x480) ain both RGBA-mode
and YUV-mode for several minutes at about 60fps and Pd had a constant
memory consumption of 3.4-3.5% (of 1GB)

please fully specify when this problem is happening? of esp. interest are
colorspace and dimensions, pix_flip/pix_crop settings
