[GEM-dev] building pix_preview universal causes error in GemSIMD.h

I am building externals/pdvjtools/pix_preview as a universal Mac OS X  
file, and I get this error:

../../Gem/src/Base/GemSIMD.h:50: error: ISO C++ forbids declaration of  
‘vector’ with no type
../../Gem/src/Base/GemSIMD.h:50: error: expected ‘;’ before ‘unsigned’

To reproduce it, svn up in externals/pdvjtools and run 'make'.
