Summary: create a plugin-system for external libraries

Initial Comment:
it would be nice if loader-functionality of movies and the like would be implemented as "plugins" which are loaded at the start of Gem (and possibly re-loaded!)

this should make distribution much easier (esp. on linux systems, where a lot of external libraries are used and all distros handle them differently)

basically this is (being) implemented in the VideoIO framework (which
lives in Gem's CVS _besides_ Gem and GemLibs)
