[GEM-dev] Gem, pix_video and Plugins

I don't know the new plugin method to make [pix_video] working.
When i open help about [pix_video], i get :
error: [pix_video]: no video backends found!
... you might be able to track this down from the Find menu.

And when i create the gem window and start render, i get :
error: [pix_video]: do video for this OS

Any help will be appreciated ;)

I see a 'plugins' folder in 'src' and when i cd in 'videoV4L2' and
enter :
aclocal
./configure
make
I get :
checking how to hardcode library paths into programs... immediate
./configure: line 14318: GEM_CHECK_RTE: command not found
./configure: line 14327: syntax error near unexpected token `v4l,'
./configure: line 14327: `GEM_ARG_WITH(v4l, video input, force)'
make: *** [config.status] Erreur 2

I missed something ?
What i have to do to use my webcam ?
