if the camera is supported by basler's "Pylon SDK", then your camera
should be supported.

if your camera is supported by MVtec's "HALCON SDK", then your camera
should be supported as well (though you have to pay extra for the license).


you should be able to check with your vendor or basler's website,
whether they are working.

PS: afaik, basler/ieee1394 cameras are _NOT_ supported by Gem via
special code (maybe they are supported via the generic dc1394 backend, i
don't know)
