[GEM-dev] Possible to install/compile GEM on 64-bit Windows?

Yes, I think its something that you can learn as you go.  Its a good  
place to start learning about this stuff since building programs from  
source is the first step.  Do you have Visual Studio already?   
Download the gem source code, then in it you will see the 'build'  
folder, then in that open win-vs2003, then Gem.vcproj.
