the header directories for imagemagick, lqt and ftgl look pretty
standard to me.
assuming that on arch, those libraries come with pkg-config files, all
paths should be found automatically.
in short: try ommitting the "--with-..." flags

if it doesn't work, it might be a good idea to post the full output of
./configure and the config.log to pastie.org and give us the links.
