unfortunately the patches you provide only add debugging output and have
nothing todo with GAVL_UYVY...

fortunately i had a go on gmerlin-avdecoder on OSX myself, and had to
change the colorspace to GAVL_UYVY as well. pushed as commit:5d0d8e2f
