Sure its possible, I'll leave that to you to make it how you want it now
that the uploading works.  Just add something to the script section that
makes the zip, modify the archive and upload patterns to match your new zip
file, and then modify the upload folder in the advanced section of the
uploading plugin.

The uploading folder has this weird java data format:
http://docs.oracle.com/javase/1.4.2/docs/api/java/text/SimpleDateFormat.html

that's why it looks like yyyy-mm-dd/'Gem-$NODE_NAME'/..
