** [bugs:#240] randomF with argument 0**

**Status:** open

In pd-extended 0.43.4, using [randomF] with argument 0 always outputs -1, when actually one would expect it to always output 0. A workaround is to use a small enough argument such as 0.001 to avoid this problem. The type of situation in which this is a problem can arise when, for instance, one is progressively changing the argument of [randomF] via it's cold inlet, from 0 to another value (via a [line] or something like that), so that in the beginning the result is exactly 0, and in the end it is between 0 and the chosen value.

Note: I am reporting this here since [randomF]'s help file says it is as a GEM object, but I would gladly move this ticket to Pd's bug tracker if this is not the correct place for it.
