[GEM-dev] [pix_video] error with macbook's built-in camera

I think this was supposed to stay on-list.
I have seen several cases with OS X that the internal camera did not 
work, but USB Video class (UVC) compliant devices did.
Not any more on OS X, so it does affect me only when giving workshops 
with Pd.
