[GEM-dev] compiling plugins

I've found out how to compile the plugin only, by entering into plugin
folder and 'make',
but I still couldn't figure how gem_filmGMERLIN could be linked to
'libmpcdec.so.6 instead of 'libmpcdec.so.5.
