[GEM-dev] compiling Gem with MinGW64?

has anybody (recently) managed to compile Gem with MinGW64 (both 32bit
and 64bit versions)? (i'm currently only interested in native
compilation, not cross-compiling from linux)

i seem to remember somebody (Lucarda?) mentioning that they had to
recompile Gem to get it to run with Pd-0.49/MSW...so i assume that they
managed to do that.
