Hi all,

Test 28 is out...  the main new "feature" is settable blocksize in ASIO.
I've managed to get latency down to about 10 msec for RME hammerfall in
ASIO.

Some bug fixes too... I hope to get teh "final" 0.35 out in 2 weeks.
