Hi all,
here is a new version of flext, the C++ layer for cross-platform development
of PD and MaxMSP externals.

the news:
- added transparent threaded methods along with a message queue (just use
FLEXT_THREAD*  instead of FLEXT_CALLBACK*)
- check/update function for buffer change (resize etc.)
- added buffer resize functions
- added some utility functions: Sleep, CopyAtom, CopyList
- added List manipulation classes: AtomList, AtomAnything
- alias object names
- fixed serveral bugs
- MaxMSP: use critical sections for message output (for more safety in
overdrive mode)
- PD: default/manual definition of help file name

- added CYGWIN support
