[PD-announce] multi-encoding capability for mp3write~ and shoutcast~

hi,

from the very start, there was a bug in mp3 encoding
objects ( my linux versions, don't about win ) :

you could not have several encoders running at the same time
because of some scope problems.

this has been fixed now with mp3write~ v0.2 and shoutcast~ v0.2.

this only concerns the linux objects available from my home page.
