[PD-announce] loop operators in cooled~ v0.9

[Sidestep]

hi,

here is version 0.9 of cooled~ which includes now
"loop operators" which enable the users
to move the boundaries of the selected loop
according to the standard bars rulers.

these operators are :

 > + float  : move loop f*bars ahead
< + float  : move loop f*bars back
* + float  : multiply the length of the loop by f
/ + float != 0  : divide the length of the loop by f

i must add i've been asked to do that because i don't
usually use the bars rulers !!!
