Call for paper submission
-------------------------

XIV CIM invites paper submissions on the following topics:

The special theme of the conference is

Features of the papers
----------------------

Papers must be sent by email to the following address: 
paper at xivcim.org

The subject of the email must contain the following line: 
"XIV-CIM-2003-Title_of_the_paper".

The length of the paper must be at max 4 (four) pages, in double 
column. 

Formats required are .pdf (strongly preferred) or .rtf, camera ready. 
 
A template for the paper will be soon available both in .rtf format 
or in latex macros at www.xivcim.org.


Paper presentations
-------------------  
Papers will be subdivided into two categories:

* papers
* posters

In order to discuss the papers, the following presentation time is foreseen:

* papers: presentation time 15 min. max.
* posters: presentation time 5 min. max.


Deadlines
---------

After submission, papers will be selected by the Scientific Committee. Then 
the selected works will be re-sent to the authors for corrections, if 
necessary. Then the authors have to send again the corrected papers to the
same address as above.

The deadlines are:

December 21, 2002: deadline for paper submission
February 15, 2003: selection of works and request of corrections
March 22, 2003: deadline for correct paper submission
