Windows-port is working. Work done Olaf Matthes. I think VC6 is
needed.

A MacOSX port shouldn't be too hard to do now.
Irix-users can probably use the linux port without too much coding first.

The OUT macro is thrown out because its used in Windows for
something else. And OUT is longer than O, O1, O2, O3,
O4, O5 and O6, which is the replacements. Sorry for
any extra work this might lead to.
