[PD-announce] pd 0.36 test 9

hi miller, list,
the behaviour of creating a comment has slightly changed...
i was used to type ctrl+2, then click it to a position and then it was still
marked and could overwrite it. with version_0_36_9 (aka v0_36_9) the curser
is placed inside the word "comment" which is not marked anymore, which
appears to me as a disadvantage.
