[PD-announce] New PDDP package

Hello all,

As the PD developers have decided to rename the help documents in
"doc/5.reference", I have updated the PDDP package to reflect these changes.

For those who are unaware, PD version 0.37 TEST 4 (the package released a
couple of days ago) contains help documents which conform to the filename
scheme:  "help-<objectname>.pd"

For example, the old "bang.pd" has become "help-bang.pd".  I think that this
ultimately a good thing.  Hence, PDDP is now available for PD 0.37. The old
PDDP package is still available, but I've stopped updating it in favour of
the new version of PD.
