[PD-announce] pd 0.37-1 test 1 released (source only)

Hi all,

I've released sources for version 0.37-1 test 1.  I've still got some
testing to do before declaring it "stable", but it almost certainly
fixes many more bugs than it will introduce - including the "punning"
warnings in GCC 3.3, MIDI sysex support, fixes to "$" variables in the
IEM GUIs, "-inchannels" flag, "apple" key fix for MacOS, and several other
smaller improvements.
