[PD-announce] dyn~ 0.1.0 - dynamic object management

Hi list,
here's an external that has been lurking in the cvs for some time.
I've put out a first release as it seems to have become quite stable.

dyn~ provides functionality for dynamically creating patches, either message
or signal based.
There's a help patch with some simple examples included in the packages.
