[PD-announce] installaition help

hi all.

to start with, i have just switched from pc to mac (g4, 0sx 10.2).
so, i don't have total control of it yet. i have tried pd on pc - and i'm
really hooked - but i'm having problems insalling it. first of all when i
download the newest version for osx/linux, there is no files in the bin
folder - is this normal?
i then tryed to download a older version for mac osx only - and that
worked out fine (with files in the bin folder...), after that i found out
that i should get tcl/tk installed, and i did (tcl/tk auqua 8. something).
after that, after that i thought every thing had worked out... but nothing
happens when i try to get it installed. i then tryed to open wish, and
tryed the best i could to get them to work together - but nothing happend
- as you can see i'm new to this, i could sure use some help.
