[PD-announce] unauthorized updates for windows

hi,

with the help of carmen rocco and yasmin ahmad,
a lot of unauthorized objects from
http://ydegoyon.free.fr/software.html
have been updated ( or added ) for windows.

so now, the properties menus should appear with pd 0.37.
these updates won't work for pd < 0.37.
