[PD-announce] pd-list migration

the pd-lists are currently migrated both in hardware (from mail.iem.at 
to the host of puredata.info) and in software (Mailman-2.0.11 to 
Mailman-2.1.5)


the schedule is as follows:
gem-dev, pd-ot, pd-announce & pdweb have already been migrated
if there are no problems, pd-cvs, pd-dev and pd-list will be migrated 
within the next week

while the migration should be totally transparent to all of, i just 
wanted to announce that it is happening.
(and btw i am testing whether pd-announce works as it should)
