[PD-announce] pd 0.39-1 test 1

Hi all,

Pd 0.39-1 test 1 is out... fixes the nested GOP bug and a couple of
monir problems.  It's only available in source so far - the mac and
the PC I compile it on are down at the moment.

I'll try to chase down the no-audio-inupt bug next time I can get on a Mac,
and perhaps fix that too for teh real 0.39-1 release.
