[PD-announce] Pd-extended Build System is ready for the public

Its mostly done and now, you can type "make install" and get basically  
all of abstractions, doc, extensions, externals, pd, etc. build and  
installed into one directory.  With Mac OS X and Windows, you can then  
package it up with one more step.  It would be good to get some
