[PD-announce] [ANN] dssi~ 0.8

Hi,

A new version of the dssi~ external for PD is now available at
http://www.puredata.org/Members/jb/dssi~/view.

New features include:

    * Mac OS X support (binary included)
    * From within PD for individual (or all) DSSI plugin instances:
          o Hexter patch loading
          o GUI show/hide
          o Plugin reset (activate/deactivate)
          o Send arbitrary configure (key, value pair) to plugin e.g. polyphony,
detune.
          o Set project directory 
    * Improved help file 

There have also been many significant bug fixes, and other minor improvements.

A development version of the object is available via the Pure Data CVS.

As always, many thanks to Sean Bolton and everyone else who has helped me with this.
