Changes between Miller Puckette's branch and the current devel_0_37 branch:

- Support for the fftw library (--enable-fftw)

- Comments in .pdrc files. Lines beginning with '#' will be dropped 

- Changes to the autoconf script: icc compiler (linux) and pentium3/4 
  optimizations without editing the makefiles (--enable-icc, 
  --enable-optimize=pentium3/pentium4)

- Added Yves Degoyon's patch for the threaded gui (--enable-threadedgui)
