Modified Files:
	README generate.sh 
Log Message:
delete *.c files before re-generating them (since else we get double entries in the files);
LATER remove all .c files from this directory (they ought to be generated on the fly);
check whether to use d_mayer_fft.c or d_fft_mayer.c
