I am hoping this gets file association and a file-type icon working fully in
Free Desktop-compliant systems:

- fixed up mime types to be more concise

- added file-type icon named after Pd's mimetype by converting
  packages/darwin_app/pd-file.icns to a PNG and installed it

- added mime types to the desktop file
