- restructured the menubar code so that there is just one menubar for all
  windows, and its configured for each window.  Previously, each window had
  its own menubar.  This should make it much easier to handle dynamic list menus
  like "Open Recent" and "Window"

- replaced the word 'panel' with the word 'dialog' where relevant, for the
  sake of consistency

- tweaked openrecent menu, it should work now
