- split out the Pd window into its own file, added support for the font panel
  to change its fonts and the find panel to search it.  Both could be improved
  quite a bit...

- removed Activate bindings because they don't seem to be doing anything
  except cause the focusin procs getting called multiple times for each click

- got the DSP checkbox and menu items working properly
