fixed up scrollbar logic to show/hide scrollbars when needed and to block mousewheel scrolling when the scrollbars aren't showing.  Plus, it tries to stuck 0,0 of the patch in the 0,0 of the window, unless the patch's upperleft corner has negative numbers
