Strip path from abstraction file name before searching for help path.
This way, help file "foo/abs-help.pd" or "foo/help-abs.pd" would be found
for a [foo/abs] abstraction.
Currently such help file is not found, as pd looks for "foo/foo/abs-help.pd".

Don't add subdirectories of paths declared in preferences to the first column of Help Browser, but add an entry for these paths instead.
For example, if "myLib/" directory is declared in preferences, and if
myLib/ contains foo/ and bar/ subdirs, add "myLib/" to the first column
of Help Browser, instead of "foo/" and "bar/" as currently.

updated iemgui's color-functions for loading/saving
we now accept symbols as colors, e.d. "#FF0000" is red.
we don't accept english colornames though (e.g. "blue"),
since internally the color is still handled as (int).
saving still uses the old lossy encoded-as-int-as-float representation,
in order to allow patches saved with Pd-0.47 be opened with Pd-0.46 or older.
once we reach 0.48, the default should be to store colors as symbols
(the old behaviour can be forced by setting the compat-mode to "47" or lower)

check whether a plugin-dispatcher is registered for a receiver
the original code will unconditionally iterate over
$::pd_connect::plugin_dispatch_receivers($receiver).
however, if $receiver was never registered for plugin-dispatching, this
will give an ugly backtrace.
this patch silently ignores plugin-dispatching for unknown receivers
(assuming that the abstraction finds a way to handle a
non-installed/non-responsive plugin).
an alternative would be to print a single-line warning (rather than a Tcl-backtrace).

only prints the "signal outlet connected to nonsignal inlet" error
