    skip bit-length compatibility test for filtering downloadable deken
    packages.  The test as it was applied seems to have been meaningless
    and broke when Tcl/Tk version went from 8.4 to 8.5.  We may want to
    revisit this if it's desired to use deken to manage externs for Pd versions
    having the same machine arch but different 't_float' and 't_sample' sizes.

    initialize save-as name of untitled patches so that if you just leave teh
    titel unchanged you don't get "save as" action again on next save
