[PD-dev] cvs problem

[Ben Bogart - FMPM/F1999]

I'm already enabled as a developer for the project. (at least I'm listed 
so on the sourceforge site) Oh well, I guess the release would have to 
wait a day. (if I can get it to work tomorrow!)
