Hi PD-dev.

Günter suggested I post after the changes I made to the pd core in CVS. I
changed things along two lines: compile out-of-the-box for MacOSX, and
some Mac-oriented gui changes.

To help the devel_0_35 branch compile on MacOSX with a simple configure;
make, I commented out the cabs() macro in m_pd.h (as per Chris Clepper's
advice on 27 Sept 2002). I also added a -DMACOSX in extra/paf~/makefile,
as it relies on an explicit platform definition.

To help make the PD gui more mac-like, I changed the right button
behavior so that it would actually pop up a menu with a real right-click
(instead of a middle-click) or a control-click (to go along with MacOS
guidelines). I also added a bit of AppleScript(!) to open html help files
in the default browser.

Mac-folks, please take a look at the devel_0_35 branch to make sure what
I did was acceptible. (And hey, those jsarlo gui hacks look cool...)

Best regards,
adam
