[PD-dev] import Makefiles into VC++

hallo pd-dev:
  on a side note.. would it be possible for pd-wiki/pure-data.org
to house a set of templates or instructions for compiling pd and its
externals on non-standard compilers (ie djgpp, borlandCC, cygwin,
intel etc.) it seems strange that a gpl'd project should require VC++
for windows and not the others..
  anyone with positive experiences?
