Hello.

Currently I'm not a real PD developer but I would be happy if the owners
of modules on the CVS PD repository would state clearly what is the
procedure for working on their code or submit patches or whatever
policy they like and feel confortable with.

They could write a message here and copy it on a file in the main
directory of their modules.

It's sort of description of your toes, so to speak.
