[PD-dev] cabs definition in m_pd.h

Hi Miller,

in m_pd.h (0.35) there's a definition

#define cabs() smerdyakov(void)

This clashes with OSX, so that files won't compile when math.h is 
included.
In math.h cabs is defined as a function for complex arguments.
