[PD-dev] further CVS GUI changes and Mac internals

Frank,

I'm 99.9% certain I didn't touch anything in s_loader except for a single
line in the #ifdef MACOSX section. I'm away from my main computer, but
you can check using the CVS web-browse pages.

The only thing linuxy I changed were the GUISHADOW macro notations.
