Did you take a look at Fink: http://fink.sourceforge.net/ It seems to be
very much like Debian, at least it uses the Debian tools like dpkg and 
apt-get to distribute packages.

As Debian packages of pure-data.sf.net are almost ready to go, this might
even save some work.
