[PD-dev] pure data base: now user-editable

hi,

i added an edit feature to the pure data base, from now on ppl 
can register and edit its content online. 

see http://iem.at/pdb/edit/

there is a minimal protection (mainly to keep the spiders off), 
username and password are simple to guess, they are "pd" and "pd"
respectively.

maybe in the next time i will update the database entries - the
last update is 1/2 a year old :(  - but of course you are kindly
invited to edit your stuff yourself.
